The program aims to address unwanted biases, eliminate stereotypes to fight racism and other types of discrimination in the real world and the workplace, thus creating more balance.
The program focuses on strategies developed through the research of Cornell University in collaboration with the Ivy league’s 7 other prestigious universities to tackle instances of bias and inequity, as well as success throughout the workplace.
